About the Role
You will join our cross-functional Software R&D team in Berlin, working at the intersection of computational physics, sequence design, and machine learning. You will be responsible for building sequences, and reconstruction algorithms that define how our low-field hardware operates and captures diagnostic-grade images.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving market-leading image quality on our mobile low-field MRI systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Numerical Spin Simulations: Develop and refine numerical spin models to model machine behavior and non-ideal field dynamics.
Sequence Design & Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize custom pulse sequences tailored for low-field.
Physics-Informed ML Integration: Integrate physical MRI domain models into our deep learning pipelines to enhance control loops, parameter mapping, and image reconstruction.
Raw Data Analysis & Reconstruction: Analyze raw k-space signal data from prototype hardware and build robust image/signal reconstruction algorithms.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our hardware engineers and software developers to translate physical models into production-ready console software.
